Job SummaryStructural 3D Reinforcement Modeler.Accurate 3D rebar modelling to create digital twin of actual rebar, with construction details & schedules.Duties and Responsibilities:Structural 3D Reinforcement Modelling and Scheduling using Autodesk Revit.Accurate 3D modelling to ensure that modelled components are representative of the actual construction.Limited Training of other/junior team members.Limited BIM Management.Navisworks / BIM360 for coordination and clash detection.Minimum RequirementsWorking knowledge of Revit 3D Rebar modelling and schedulingExperience using Dynamo to assist with Rebar modelling advantageousPrevious Reinforcement detailing and scheduling experienceAble to work under pressure and to deliver precise and correct digital outputBeing able to present actual 3D reinforcement project deliverables using Revit would be advantageous Intermediate to Advanced Revit userExposure to Navisworks and/or BIM360Person should be keen to learn, young and energetic with the desire to be an excellent modeller.
