Here is an opportunity for you Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan Onsite About the position The key is to ensure all sales related operations in your territory are executed within the requirements demanded by company standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations. In this role you are end-to-end responsible for sales which also includes partnering your distributors and delivering the targets set for the territory. So what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Strategic Leadership : Set ambitious targets and drive profitable distribution, while ensuring streamlined implementation of customer strategies to enhance market share.
- Team Empowerment : Coach and inspire the field sales force, fostering a winning spirit and performance excellence. Lead sales team meetings to focus on achieving set targets.
- Execution Excellence : Identify and address execution gaps promptly, collaborating with the sales team to implement corrective actions. Monitor field budgets and trade spend usage against incremental sales.
- Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with distribution managers to ensure smooth execution of strategies and resolve issues effectively. Monitor RED agreements and claims processes closely.
- Market Insight : Provide competitive information regularly to headquarters, offering insights into market trends and customer preferences. Meet minimum requirements including a degree in a business-related area and relevant field sales experience.
