Job Description: Capita Technologies is looking for a Senior Manager with a proven track record of 8 years in successfully leading and optimizing operations in dynamic environments. Adept at implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maximize resource utilization. Proficient in overseeing end-to-end operations, managing operational budgets, and enforcing quality assurance standards. Experienced in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and report on operational performance. Recognized for accomplishments in team leadership, process improvement, and risk management. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with industry regulations. skilled Process Quality and Optimization Consultant with expertise in documentation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and quality. The consultant will play a key role in developing and maintaining documentation related to processes, procedures, and quality standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for success in this role. Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience : 8 years required Responsibilities: · Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. · Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization. · Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. · Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to develop team capabilities. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows. · Perform regular evaluations of operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks. · Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality. · Implement cost-saving measures and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. · Establish and enforce quality assurance standards across all operational processes. · Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and improve quality. · Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. · Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. · Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes, procedures, and quality standards. · Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and quality initiatives. · Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with established processes and identify areas for further optimization. · Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals involved in process improvement initiatives, including coaching, and mentoring as needed. · Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in process optimization and quality management. · Act as a subject matter expert on process optimization and documentation best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders as needed. Requirements and skills · Previously worked in a similar role as a Quality & Process Consultant · Proven work experience for over 8 years in policy & documentation · Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations & process management · Experience in identifying process issues and taking corrective action plans. Improving operational systems, processes & policies in support of the clients’ SLAs. · Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments. · Experience in identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity. · Familiarity with business and financial principles · Excellent communication skills · Leadership ability · Outstanding organizational skills · Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field Job Type: Full-time Experience:
