Your responsibilities: Developing APIs for our FE Devs Working with your team to meet product deadlines Improve your coding ability as quickly as possible With kindness and candor, fellow developers developers with critical feedback on technical performance. Promoting continuous self-improvement by staying informed of industry trends and sharing with the team through workshops of specific skills training sessions. Building strategies to improve and build on skills gaps within the dev team. E.g. supporting mentorship and skills transfer initiatives. Assisting with tech assessment and onboarding of new hires. Managing ambiguity around tasks and proactively driving solutions when maintenance issues arise. Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. Peer Review code to learn and to share learnings. What do we look for in a great Graduate/Junior Developer (Minimum Expectations): Ideally 0-1 years of experience as a Back-end or Full-stack developer. Knowledge on Firebase or MongoDB. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. A good understanding of API documentation, SwaggerGen A sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on the company's success. Be a team player. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience is a bonus. Familiar with database tools, NoSQL and SQL with knowledge on ORMs to access the data. Github link showcasing projects is a bonus. What you can expect working for Specno: Trust and freedom.
