The role's objective is to lead and manage the client's operations while supporting the implementation of the company's strategy and vision.  As the Operations Manager you will ensure the plant is operating to maximum efficiency and you will be responsible for the safety of all people on site.  Experience/Skills & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations - (JOB LOTS) Team Leadership and Development : Effective leadership is the cornerstone. Inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and create an environment that fosters growth and high performance Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across departments. Collaborating with other teams ensuring seamless processes and alignment with organisational goals Risk Management and Compliance : Mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulations are critical responsibilities. You will need to balance innovation with adherence to legal and ethical standards Collaborate closely with the dispatch coordinator to uphold a high level of service for our customers.
