The Information and Strategy Department is currently working on establishing modern technology landscape to support day to day business needs and digital innovation improving customer experience. The roleThe role of the Application Support Business Analyst is to support, maintain and deliver innovative software applications and solutions to ensure that Council provides a simple and engaging experience for staff, field workers and the Kingston Community. It is expected that the Application Support Business Analyst will be responsible for the planning and coordination of a number of ICT projects including, but not limited to, operational projects that enhance customer service and operational efficiencies of Kingston City Council. One of the main goals of Application Support Business Analyst is to ensure projects run smoothly by tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other. About youWe are looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience with supporting and enhancing the Infor Pathway application in a local Government environment.Demonstrated experience with system administration tasks including installation and testing of software upgrades, including the provision of customer focused technical application support to staff.Ability to recommend the appropriate level of organisational change activities for IT projects.Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience working with multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
