The opportunity Reporting to the Investment Implementation Manager, this is an opportunity for a motivated individual to join this close-knit team. At CareSuper our workplace culture sets us apart. We embrace diversity and leverage each team members strengths and expertise.

You will be pivotal in supporting implementation strategies to optimise outcomes for our members. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will apply your exceptional analytical skills to a range of activities including:

Exposure Management / Rebalancing - Assist in implementing the investment strategy through rebalancing and overlay management.Implementation & Transition Management - Coordinate investment transitions and overseeing transition managers.Treasury & Cash Management - Manage the funds cash balances, liquidity and operational cashflows.Trading Efficiency - Assess trade Execution efficiency, cost minimisation and best execution across the investment program.Securities Lending - Oversee the Fund's securities lending arrangements.Derivatives - Contribute to managing the Funds derivative arrangements, agreements policies and reporting.Prepare and maintain documentation associated with our investments and processes.Support and contribute to investment related presentation for the board or committee meetings.Assist with day-to-day relationship management with relevant service providers.What you'll bring Experience working in investment implementation or a related function.Strong Excel and mathematical skills with the ability to visualise data and conduct financial modelling to drive informed investment decisions.Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and understanding complex workflows.Strong knowledge of investment markets, financial instruments including derivatives for exposure management and hedging.Knowledge in trading, and execution to drive returns through implementation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and autonomously.Relevant tertiary qualifications with post graduate studies viewed favourably.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, fosters a strong team spirit, and has the flexibility and adaptability required when working in a small but high performing environment.
