You'll make a significant contribution to the Public SectorCommission (PSC)'s ambitious Even Better Public Sector for Queensland strategy and action plan, and join the Leadership and Learning team for a 12 monthtemporary contract with possibility of extension.

Your role will help ensure that sector-wide initiatives are designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated to help build an even better public sector for Queensland.

Collaborating with project officers and managers, you'll leverage your knowledge of leadership and management theory, andragogy, and project management experience to ensure our projects and operations are delivered well.

Working within the Leadership and Learning team, across PSC, and in partnership with public sector organisations and other providers, you'll oversee several concurrent projects to build system capability, leadership capability, and capability of other corporate functions (e.g. Human Resources) across public sector organisations.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

role modelling a commitment to the principles of equity, diversity, respect and inclusionensuring the delivery of meaningful and practically useful frameworks, models, standards, learning interventions, and learning artefactsoverseeing key leadership development and learning related projectsproviding coordinated advice on whole-of-sector capability development initiativesworking closely with colleagues across PSC and with the Office of the Special Commissioner, Equity and Diversity to influence and deliver strategic prioritiesWe will provide you with:
