Qualifications and Knowledge:-Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting and preferablyinternationally acceptable professional accounting qualification(ACA, CPA, CIMA,ACCA).Experience:- 8-10 years ofaccounting experience with good exposure to modules in the ERPsystem with a minimum of three years in a supervisory position,preferably international or regional PM/CM- Demonstratesound knowledge of financial/accounting methods/IFRS processes andrequirements- Ability to understand technical issues ofmultiple disciplines - develop strong working knowledgeof all ASTAD operations/activities.JobSpecific Skills:- Accounting skills-Attention to detail- Analytical and reportingskills,COMPETENCIES:CompetencyLevelAdaptiveness 3Initiative3Analytical Thinking 3Conceptual Thinking2Achievement Orientation 3Leadership3Holding People Accountable 3Collaboration4Influencing 3Customer Service3Building Organisational Capability-Developing Talent 3
