You'll be our: Head - Finance & Accounts OperationsYou'll be based at: IBC Knowledge ParkYou'll be Aligned with: Deputy Financial ControllerYou'll be a member of: Corporate Finance & Accounts What you'll do at Ather:Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and be primarily responsible for managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) process end to end, including entire transaction processing of below functions Order to cash (O2C)Record to report(R2R) Invest to Divest (Asset Management) Taxation, both Direct and IndirectTreasury OperationsBanking OperationsDealer FinancePlant or Manufacturing FinanceProduct CostingEnsure complete ownership of all Finance and Account transactions covering all the above areas, month-end/quarter-end/year-end reporting and representation in swim-lane related to the sameCo-lead and manage digital transformation of all Finance initiatives Develop seamless process including process documents, workflows including flawless payment runsImplement digital solutions across P2P process including banking solutions around virtual accounts, payment gateways, employee expense management systemManage limits of all debt - fund based and non-fund based and compliance to all debt covenantsManage operational relationships (lenders, bankers, etc.)Ensure documentation, opening, closing, tracking and accounting of all fund based and non-fund based limits - LC, BG, SBLC, TL, FD Ensure compliance, tracking and closure of BOE, ORM and IRM outstanding with AD banksManage investments accounting and record keepingLead ERP enhancement projects and automate operational routines relevant to TreasuryCash flow and fund flow reporting - application of funds, updating daily, weekly, monthly cash flow Vs reconciliation with accountingBuild strong vendor, employee reconciliation, dealer reconciliation, inventory reconciliation and balance confirmation frameworkDevelop and administer various policy aspects in consultation with relevant stakeholders Assist in building strong internal controls for day-to-day operations of P2P cycleLiaise with internal stakeholders, bankers on periodic basis Work closely with Auditors on quarterly, interim and final statutory auditsWork closely with Internal Finance teams under CFO organizationHere's what we are looking for: In-depth knowledge and expertise on F&A Operations and Shared services with experience of handling high volumesStrong work experience in P2P and banking operations preferably in listed manufacturing or retail industry with debt of more than INR 1000 crProficiency in MS Office, Expense management toolsProficiency on SAP ERP and AribaAbility to build successful relationship across multiple stakeholdersAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelinesAbility to execute / manage tight service level agreementsYou bring to Ather:A Chartered accountant Relevant work experience of 12-18 years PRB
