Quality Assurance Manager

Job Position: Quality Manager (IATF 16949 Experienced)Job Location: Faridabad, Haryana Job Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Manager with specialised knowledge in IATF (International Automotive Task Force) requirements for nut manufacturing plant fasteners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety, specifically tailored to the automotive industry's stringent requirements.Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and manage the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements for the fastener nut manufacturing plant. 2. Lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.3. Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and process reviews to assess compliance with quality standards, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.4. Coordinate external audits, certifications, and customer quality assessments, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.5. Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and enhance process efficiency.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, procurement, and customer service to address quality issues, implement best practices, and support product development.7. Develop and deliver quality training programs, workshops, and tools to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and methodologies.8. Maintain documentation, records, and quality system documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.9. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices to ensure ongoing compliance and excellence.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Lead Auditor) is desirable.- Extensive experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector, with expertise in IATF 16949 standards.- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).- Proven track record of leading quality audits, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, quality management software, and ERP systems.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives.- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and delivering superior quality outcomes.
