Overall Purpose of the RoleTo develop and manage the full scope of Compass India Foodservices at multiple units. Also take full responsibility of driving revenue growth through operational development, P&L management, technical selling and brand development. · Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations, if any· Monitor performance (i.e. sales growth and profitability) against targets· Monitor all contract deviations for each client and ensure proper adherence to agreed SLAs· Drive and Implement all relevant HSEQ procedures within the units · Sales Target Achievement· YOY% increase in profits· Contract compliance report· Periodic HSE Audit Results Client KPIs/Measures · Drive continuous growth in sales through food festivals, food innovations and smart menu planning· Drive excellence in services through continuous monitoring of operations and implementation of corrective actions · Establish profitable client relationships through regular interactions with key decision makers · YOY % increase in revenue· CSAT Scores· Quality of MBRs/QBRs PRB
