We offer HR & IT Consulting Services across the Middle East region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a IT Operations Specialist who will be the backbone of our technical operations, encompassing Database Management, DevOps practices, and Release Management. This is a unique opportunity to shape and secure the foundation of our application services. They will also collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of databases.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize database performance for our HCM application.Implement and oversee continuous integration and deployment practices.Plan and coordinate all aspects of software releases, from development to production.Ensure system reliability and efficiency through effective automation and monitoring.RequirementsProven experience in database administration, preferably with SQL-based systems.Solid background in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in managing software release cycles.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
