Job Title: Business Development Manager Experience: 10+ Location: Hyderabad/Himayat Nagar and GachibowliTimings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM ISTCompany: TK-ChainJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our Global market presence.Key Skills:· Proven track record in business development within service-oriented industries.· Strong understanding of the staffing, consulting, and managed services landscape.· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.· Ability to build and nurture client relationships.· Strategic thinker with the capability to identify and pursue business opportunities.· Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.· Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscapes.· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.· Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed QUARTERLY sales targets.· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.· Roles and Responsibilities:· Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing, consulting, and managed services sectors.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry partners.· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.· Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings based on client needs.· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.· Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.· Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.· Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.· Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.· Stay abreast of changes in the business environment that may affect the industry and adjust strategies accordingly.· PRB
