Key ResponsibilitiesImplement state-of-the-art machine learning models for GenAI and NLP applications.Private LLM developmentLead the full model development lifecycle from conception to deployment, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and iteration.Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies in GenAI and NLP to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Mentor junior machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.Drive innovation by exploring creative AI solutions to complex problems.Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies, prioritizing privacy, security, and fairness.Required Skills and QualificationsMaster's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI research and development, with a strong focus on GenAI and NLP.Proficient in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.Extensive experience with NLP techniques (e.g., BERT, GPT) and generative models.Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/ Google Cloud / Azure) and MLOps tools.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Desirable SkillsExperience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.Publications in top AI/ML conferences or journals.Experience in developing AI products from ideation to launch.Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices.
