Role Objective The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and business development strategies tailored to the India market for Ortho business. This role aims to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth while expanding distribution networks, increasing market share, and fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with the company's values.Desired Candidate Profile:· A minimum of 15 years of successful experience specifically within the Orthopedic business vertical in India.· Proven ability in managing sales and business development tailored to the Indian market.· Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution for the Indian Orthopedic market.· Experience in expanding distribution networks and managing distributors within the Indian context.· Strong alignment with company values, emphasizing diversity, equal opportunity, and positive organizational culture.· Proven talent development skills, with a focus on team growth and succession planning.· Experience leading and managing teams within the Indian market, preferably a team of 25-30 people. Role Requirements:Revenue Generation and Profitability:Achieve top-line and bottom-line objectives in the Indian market.Drive growth of market share within the Indian ortho business sector. Distribution Network Expansion:Identify regions within India for strategic expansion.Negotiate and execute agreements for distribution and brand registrations. Market Share Acquisition:Implement brand focus strategies tailored for the Indian market.Increase brand exposure through effective product management. Sales Infrastructure and Team Building:Establish sales infrastructure suitable for the Indian market.Assess local team requirements for optimal performance.
