Overview:As the Technical Presales Head in IT Infrastructure, you will lead a team of technical presales experts focused on providing innovative and effective solutions to potential clients in the domain of IT infrastructure. Your role will involve developing and executing presales strategies, engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, and architecting solutions that align with their business objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in infrastructure technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and product teams.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical presales specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality presales support.Presales Strategy: Develop and implement presales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the IT infrastructure domain.Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert on IT infrastructure solutions, staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to advise clients effectively on infrastructure modernization initiatives.Solution Consulting: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements, architect infrastructure solutions, and develop compelling proposals that address customer challenges and goals.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT infrastructure product portfolio, including networking, storage, servers, virtualization, cloud services, and data center technologies.Customer Engagement: Engage directly with clients to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating the value and capabilities of infrastructure solutions.Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.Sales Support: Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, technical documentation, and competitive analysis.Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements, marketing strategies, and sales tactics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Training and Development: Organize training sessions for the presales team to enhance technical knowledge, presentation skills, and solution-selling capabilities, ensuring readiness to address diverse customer requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, VCP) preferred.Proven experience (10+  years) in a technical presales role within the IT infrastructure domain, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving sales growth and client engagement.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and solutions, including networking, storage, servers, virtualization, cloud services, and data center architectures.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of understanding client needs and aligning technical solutions to address them effectively.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.#IT Sales#IT service #cybersecurity PRB
