Ideal Operations Director candidates will have most of the following attributes:10+ years of progressive specialty industrial manufacturing production leadership skills & experience including managing trades ideally with some assembly operations experience (pumps, compressors &/or other related products)PEng / PE likely, CET/ RETs also consideredSome Machining oversight experience (CNC and/or manual) would be an assetExperience manufacturing to inventory targets / establishing targets would be an assetSome knowledge/experience with Parametric Process Control methods (i.e., HVOF, welding, cladding & other processes where final testing cannot assure product quality) would be an assetSome other nice-to-haves though not essential: some purchasing management, some foundry operations management, some casting procurement, some production support/manufacturing engineeringTSSHP #LI-TS1#J-18808-Ljbffr Management & Operations
