IT Assistant Manager

Job Description: The IT Assistant Manager will provide support to the IT manager and the IT team by providing technical assistance to the Retail and Head Office Staff. The IT Assistant Manager will plan, organize, and implement IT support processes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our team. Key responsibilities: Coordinate the IT Support team in providing technical assistance to Retail staff Develop and implement IT support processes Monitor and evaluate system performance and provide solutions for issues Identify and troubleshoot network and software problems Manage large-scale projects Train and mentor team members on technical support tasks Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Develop policies and procedures for IT support Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices Develop and maintain documentation related to IT support Monitor and follow up on the resolution of IT Tickets. Have an in-depth understanding of computer systems, strong technical support skills, and be able to manage large-scale projects Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in IT Support Management Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies and security and privacy practises Have an in-depth understanding of computer systems, strong technical support skills, and be able to manage large-scale projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Excellent Customer Service Skills The ability to develop and lead a team
