As aRestaurant Manager, you will be responsible for establishing andachieving the goals set by the company while exerting all effort tomaximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overallresponsibility of running the operation of the restaurant whichincludes driving sales through a top of the line marketing approachand excellentoperation.RestaurantManagers also need to control profit and loss through comprehensivebusiness analysis for the betterment of the entire company. Alsoincluded in the job description is the training and development ormanagement team to ensure that all company standards are beingimplemented andupheld.BuildSales thru great guest service and perfect qualityproductEnsurean effective work schedule, designed to build sales thru projectingthe business as needed, Schedule written by 5pm on Friday andposted Monday by 5pm eachweekWorklunch and dinner through a 55 hour work week during peak salesperiodsResponsiblefor the safety and security of all employees andcustomersAttainthe restaurant s Annual OperatingPlanEnsureconsistent delivery of safe food on everyshiftEnsureconsistent execution of Systems to maintain a clean, organizedrestaurantPurchasefood, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee theirpreparation to insure that every product served meets our highstandards of productqualityMaintainhigh standards by operating in accordance with establishedperformance, profits and operating standards as outlined in theOSMUseLearning Hub training effectively to hire, retain, develop a benchof A players and prepare team members and managers for growthopportunitiesDemonstrategood working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibilityfor preventive maintenance of arestaurantEnsureall marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to buildrepeat customer visits, including approved Local StoreMarketingProvideleadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mentalattitude and commitment toward CompanyobjectivesResponsiblefor training all employees on general cash control systems andgeneral credit card security and maintaining a secure restaurantenvironment for credit carddataResponsiblefor administrative requirements and execution of all proceduralguidelinesBuild Sales thru great guest service and perfect quality productEnsure an effective work schedule, designed to build sales thruprojecting the business as needed, Schedule written by 5pm onFriday and posted Monday by 5pm each week Work lunch and dinnerthrough a 55 hour work week during peak sales periods Responsiblefor the safety and security of all employees and customers Attainthe restaurant s Annual Operating Plan Ensure consistent deliveryof safe food on every shift Ensure consistent execution of Systemsto maintain a clean, organized restaurant Purchase food, beveragesand supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to insure thatevery product served meets our high standards of product qualityMaintain high standards by operating in accordance with establishedperformance, profits and operating standards as outlined in the OSMUse Learning Hub training effectively to hire, retain, develop abench of A players and prepare team members and managers for growthopportunities Demonstrate good working knowledge of all equipment,and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of arestaurant Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time andaccurately to build repeat customer visits, including approvedLocal Store Marketing Provide leadership by engendering excitement,enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment towardCompany objectives Responsible for training all employees ongeneral cash control systems and general credit card security andmaintaining a secure restaurant environment for credit card dataResponsible for administrative requirements and execution of allprocedural guidelines
