Company Description Job Description Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, like and guides Revise company  Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. ) Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize employee ghathring, Activeties) Qualifications Proven work experience as an HR Administrator Experience with HR software Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Thorough knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
