A Business Analyst at Paysys Labs is a Senior and All Rounded Role. A Business Analyst is expected to exhibit leadership, ability to think critically, manage projects and exhibit team leadership skills all at the same time to make sure deliverables and recommendations are in accordance with global best practices as well as meeting requirements of our clients. Day in and day out the Business Analyst would be responsible for designing and creating payment system processes, analyzing different business as well as technological approaches, evaluating technical solutions, and utilizing the best methods to meet client requirements efficiently. Business Analysts also lead the effort to ensure the optimal performance of the system and provide guidance to our clients for the same. They have excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with the clients on updates and adjustments as needed. Responsibilities: • Leading meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. • Be a productive, efficient team player. Collaborate with senior members of the team to provide input on how to approach client problems and project challenges. • Actively follow industry news and payments companies and contribute to the payments knowledge and trainings repository of the company. • Help business development activities for the advisory services division, including sourcing and responding to relevant request for proposals in the payment’s domain. • Build Subject Matter Expertise in specific payment areas and be able to facilitate discussions with clients and offer the best and most relevant insights with proper context. Requirements: • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science. Alternatively, CFA Level 1 and 2 Cleared Candidates are also preferred. • Proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel – Ability to create compelling diagrams, charts, process flows. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent documentation skills. • Strong quantitative skills and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data in order to help devise a strategic narrative to address client needs. • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in the Banking or Digital Financial Services domain comprising some or most of the following areas: - Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes. - Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/ external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process. - Experience in Project Management and agile approaches to implementation. - Exposure to some of the following areas: #J-18808-Ljbffr
