Chief Financial OfficerO/Head of Finance 2024-04-12 - 2024-05-12 Permanent SW004737 Finance Hybrid/Remote - My client, a well-established company has a vacancy for a Chief Financial Officer with at least 5 years of commercial experience to join their dynamic team at their Stellenbosch offices. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. The core responsibility of this role involves managing the finance operations within the organization. Additionally, as part of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of company’s strategic goals Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (required)
• At least 5 years commercial experience
• Excellent computer skills (Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage)
• Highly detail orientated and organized
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical

• Manage the finance department
• Accounting responsibilities (all group companies)
• Tax planning
• Financial reporting

• Debtor book analyses, reporting and oversight
