In short, Carrier's greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees - and we're excited for you to join the team.    About the role Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer who will be responsible mainly for development of sales and marketing strategies for HVAC replacement. Part of their day-to-day activities will also involve providing company representation in industry forums, conferences, and related events. Furthermore, the role involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end users.Responsibilities:Identifies prospects and establishes a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customers needs.Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.Identifies bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.Develops personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.Minimum Requirements:Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University or College degreeKnowledge of HVAC modernization business salesA minimum of 3-5 years prior relevant experience in selling equipment and installationVehicle and valid driving license in UAEOutstanding Arabic and English language skills both in writing and verballyGood initiative and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to work in JeddahBenefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.
