Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jeddah, KSA. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
  1. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  2. Ensuring legal compliance
  3. Managing employee relations
  4. Identifying training needs
  5. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  6. Developing HR strategies
  7. Providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
