SitePartners is seeking an organized and dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency built for the industrial sector. We solve business problems, build brands, and drive growth for the construction, manufacturing and resource sectors. We are a full-service marketing partner that moves organizations forward.Right now, we're looking for an Office Administrator to join the Site team. This is someone who is an organization guru, brings a positive attitude and is a personable individual. We're looking to complement our rapidly growing team with someone who can help facilitate a productive and vibrant working environment for our team.This position is full-time, salaried position working 100% in person from the SitePartners HQ located in Abbotsford, BC. That said, Part Time (30-35 hours) or fractional applicants will be considered.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentationsWelcoming visitors into the office and offering coffee, tea and snacksAccept office deliveries and ensure it is sent to the correct team memberCoordinating and managing appointments, zoom meetings and travel arrangementsSupport and manage event and production studio bookingsMaintaining general office files, and other files related to the company's operations.Assisting in organizing company/external events and building a great office cultureSupport VP, Operations on usage of agency software tools (Productive, Rippling GSuite, Slack)Project research, and information gatheringAssist President on special projects and other administrative requirementsPurchasing office supplies, equipment, and furnitureOverseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipmentHelp transition the move from our current Cloverdale office, to our Abbotsford officeClerical proficiency and attention to detailEnsure tidiness and cleanliness of the office spacePerforming other relevant duties when neededSkills:Minimum 5+ years relevant experience (Office Admin, Exec Assistant, Account Coordination)Strong time management skills, problem solving skills, ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyExperience supporting or managing event bookings and logistics is considered an assetStrong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detailStrong understanding of IT (Comfort with Mac Computers and Google Suite a strong asset)A proven dedication to facilitating company culture and productive workplacesSitePartners "Must Haves":You have a passion for the industrial sectorYou're a driven, high-output individual with a desire to growYou have a sense of humor and love to have fun, but take your responsibilities seriouslyBenefits of Working for SitePartners:Industry leading compensation plan (Salary based on experience): $55,000-$70,000Extended benefits packageOffice coffee, snacks and refreshments providedModern Open Concept 10,000sqft office spaceCompany laptopDogs in the office - Woof!Let's Get to work!If this posting gets you excited, we want to hear from you.
