• SEO Strategy Development & Execution:
• Create detailed task roadmaps based on client briefs and calls, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and new Google algorithms
• Innovate and enhance the business's SEO programs by collaborating with the SEO lead, identifying untapped opportunities, and implementing creative solutions
• Analyze the impact of non-SEO initiatives on performance and adapt strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure optimal website performance
• Client Management:
• Develop communication systems based on client preferences, ensuring regular updates on website performance metrics and providing actionable recommendations
• Independently handle client calls, addressing concerns, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear communication channels with the team to ensure client goals are met
• Consolidate business reviews and develop persuasive cases for internal stakeholders
• Content Optimization:
• Translate SEO strategy into content optimization actions in English and Arabic
• Oversee content strategy implementation, collaborating with the content team to optimize existing and develop new SEO-focused content
• Conduct website audits, identify errors and improvement areas in metadata, copy, and content
• Technical SEO:
• Develop and execute technical SEO strategies, identifying gaps and expansion opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on SEO performance and explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with web developers for technical optimizations and offer alternative solutions when faced with challenges
• Link Building & Outreach:
• Analyze competitor campaigns to improve domain authority and devise link-building strategies for high-quality backlinks
• Execute outreach campaigns for partnerships and guest blogging opportunities
• Monitor and address backlink profile issues
• Team Management & Collaboration:
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to the SEO team, challenge their performance, and allocate resources strategically
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team communication skills and foster expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless strategy execution
• Nurture a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Optimize reporting dashboards, utilize data-driven methodologies, and provide actionable recommendations to clients
• Present organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to clients and stakeholders
• Drive a data-driven approach for decision-making
• Business Development:
• Lead SEO team's involvement in client pitches, proposing strategies to differentiate from competitors
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand services and acquire clients

Requirements

• Bilingual in Arabic and English, strong communication
• 4-5 years' successful SEO management experience
• Proven team leadership and mentorship skills
• Familiarity with industry trends and search algorithms
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics
