Senior Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition and provide feedback on any abnormality of failure of equipment for rectification
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance on infrastructure and equipment
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
• Maintain critical spare parts list to minimize production downtime and to plan for sufficient stock of critical spare parts based on possible impact and frequency of parts failure
• Train production team on how to carry out autonomous maintenance (AM) activities by themselves
• Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and up to date.
• Record repairs and report regularly of maintenance performed, analyze historical data and come up with improved preventive maintenance plans

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical or Electrics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment (comparable level of complexity)
• Experience in equipment and facilities maintenance
• Willing to commit Permanent night shift
