In the QA engineer role, you will be involved in the overall review and revision of manual and automated testing plans and procedures. You will supervise a team of developers, engineers, and QA testers and ensure alignment with company policies and standard processes. Success in this role will be demonstrated by leading the team’s QA initiatives and efforts to optimize quality control processes, minimize defects, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• ssures correctness and completeness of quality management documents;
• Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans);
• Conducts periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools;
• Gathers comments and feedbacks to optimize systems and processes;
• Reviews documentation and resolves identified issues;
• Maintains automated testing procedures.

And much better if you are:

• Advanced English is mandatory;
• +5 year of experience with QA;
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases;
• Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Appium;
• 3yr Experience with some frameworks like Cucumber;
• If you have experience with Cypress, JMmeter and Visual Studio (others) can be a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
