Associate Director: C.I. Strategy (Oncology) - Remote

Purpose of the role: • Support our pharmaceutical clients to develop winning strategies at a global, regional, and local level • Provide timely insights and implications (ie. alerts) to our clients’ marketed products and pipeline assets by monitoring news sources/databases and analyzing data gathered from both secondary and primary sources • Grow accounts by finding innovative solutions to problems that arise for our clients • Travel as needed: Attend approximately 6 medical conferences per year plus team off-site meetings • Undertake P&L responsibility and hit agreed-upon profit targets • Contribute to a high-performing team and build a high-performing culture • Note: This is not a marketing or sales role. Minimum Requirements: • PhD or Master’s Degree in a scientific field Or MBA • 7+ years of relevant and progressive work experience, 5 of which should be in pharma, pharma diagnostics or a pharma services company • Significant experience in Oncology, Oncology Diagnostics or Hematology • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in particular: drug development and commercialization process • Understanding of the Regulatory reimbursement landscape in the US and EU • Well-versed in Strategy/Brand Planning • Market intelligence or Pharma strategy experience • Based in the US or EU timezones Desired Skills: • Experience using the following databases/websites – Citeline, Pharmatell, Alphasense. Clinical trial registries (US, EU, Canada, etc.), Regulatory websites (FDA, EMA, Health Canada, etc.) Soft Skills: • Collaborator – someone who works well within a team structure • Ability to contribute as an individual, as a team player, or as a project manager, depending on the requirements • Excellent communicator: As this is a client-facing role, individual must be comfortable communicating with diverse audiences who have various level of knowledge, and possesses the ability to adjust communication styles to different clients/audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
