Job Description

Job title: Health Systems Sales Support Specialist-Temporary Job description: As a Health Systems Sales Support Specialist, you will be re sponsible for tender management, specific to modalities (CT, IGT), including tender review & submission, and supporting catalog marking, configuration, pricing. Your role:

• Taking the lead of tender and bid activities: Obtaining reviews, preparing addendums, overseeing the entire tender process.
• Preferably ha s general knowledge in CT, IGT modalities.
• Generating technical documents specific to modalities for tender submission: catalog marking, long text, short text, configuration.
• Cooperating with account team, modality team and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in fulfillment.

You will be the team member of Sales Operation support team and will be reporting to Sales Operation lead TR and Contract Manager META You will have opportunity to improve your operational skill in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model. • University degree in preferably Biomedical, or Engineering and relevant disciplines,
• Preferably min 2 years of experience in healthcare industry, tender management, and administration. 
• Analytical mindset, Detail oriented, strong follow up skills and developed communication skills,
• Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting,
• Advance level of English, addition to local language.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
