Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager at 7gen, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This leadership position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. What are your responsibilities? Strategic Planning:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaign
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure marketing collateral and content align with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Uphold and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements in all marketing materials.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to stay competitive.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new products or services.
Minimum Qualifications
Are you right for the role?- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other HR professionals and various departments within the organization
