About the job CTO Chief Technology Officer - KARACHI Company's Introduction: Hiring one of ourmobile content solutions company involved in providing content services, telecom application development for SMS, WAP and IVR, content acquisition and development for the Mobile VAS industry since 2011. JobDescription: Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with company's business objectives. Drive innovation in technology, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry. Product and Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of products and projects, from conceptualization to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technology team focused on app & softwares development and innovation. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Align technology initiatives with business goals, collaborating with department heads and ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions. Engage with external partners, vendors, and clients to enhance company's mobile technologyecosystem. Innovation and Research : Stay at the forefront of new technology trends and advancements. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement in company'sproducts and projects solutions. Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes to deliver high-performance andreliable products. Budget Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to manage budgets related to technology and ensure cost-effective solutions. Qualifications and Expertise for Technical Positions

1. Minimum of 10 years of prior experience as a developer, specializing in Dot Net or PHP, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and expertise in working with SQL Server or MySQL. Additionally, experience in developing web services/web APIs and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud is required.
2. Thorough understanding of AI & ML, Blockchain, Cloud computing, and cutting-edge technologies such as Node JS, React, and React Native is essential.
3. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) role is required.
4. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance company's products and projects.
5. Strong project and product management skills.
6. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
7. A track record of driving innovation and change in the mobile technology landscape
