Head of ATM CCDM Jobs in Abu Dhabi | ADIB Careers

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous compliance with policies, procedures, prevailing practices and applicable regulations pertaining to ATM/CDM banking services.
• Ensure optimal availability of ATM/CDM banking services at all times and specially during peak hours/days. Support the ITM team in enhancing service level and up time.
• Ensure coordination of the new developments/ initiatives launched with respect to ATM/CDM banking services and that the same are adequately reflected in the related marketing campaigns.
• Seek to continually exceed external customer expectations through development and introduction of innovative ATM/CDM banking services in line with the Bank’s strategy to provide customers with increased flexibility with respect to conduct of their banking transactions in an efficient, effective and yet reliable manner. Support ITM team in designing new services and customers’ journey for better optimization and customers’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance, and / or Sales and Marketing from a recognized university.
• Business to Consumers (B2C) Web Environment
• Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
• Computer Literacy
