Change Management Specialist

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of changes within our organization and with our clients. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the benefits of change initiatives. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change management needs and requirements for initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of changes.
• Support communication efforts, including creating communication plans, drafting messages, and facilitating communication channels.
• Lead change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and resistance.
• Prepare and deliver training programs to build awareness and skills regarding the change initiatives.
• Engage and support leaders in driving the change and ensuring their commitment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
