Job Description

• • Manage the day to day relationship with the retail tenants. • Maintain & operate all MEP, building management system, and building repairs. • Responsible for managing maintenance service provider. • Submit periodic asset reports, which include the performance and condition of the buildings, equipment and infrastructure, then set an action plan and follow up the progress. • Managing the periodic maintenance plans and programs. • Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by FM service providers. • Follow up on the metric devices (Electrical / Water) providing energy management plan for economic consumption. • Planning, Coordinating and Directing O&M staff activities concerned with construction and repair of equipment & Facilities within organization with an objective to manage the assets in the most profitable and cost effective manner. • Follow up on fit out MEP activities. • Maintain accurate record and effect filing of all relevant financial, non-financial, admin work, operation reports and all needed paper work .
