IT Services Professional - Global Provisioning Services

Who You'll Work With

You will work out of our Global Mobile Services team (GMS). GMS is a global team with a presence in Costa Rica, Philippines, and the Czech Republic and your focus will be supporting firm colleagues on their telecommunication services for their mobile subscription (Android/IOS). We are part of the Global Provisioning Services group, with over 140 members all over the world.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with the global team to ensure our colleagues have the best mobile experience possible. This includes arranging, changing, and terminating mobile subscriptions, which will require you to interact with our telecommunication vendors regularly, representing McKinsey. You will also closely collaborate with the rest of the Global Provisioning Services group as well as other parts of Technology and Digital Services to ensure world-class support for our colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory records for our subscriptions and making sure our records in our inventory system and our billing/invoicing system match. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas on how to perform our work better, and participate in our continuous improvement initiatives, which will also give you the opportunity to develop new skills. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT user support, knowledge of wireless services an asset but not mandatory
• English in verbal and written communication is mandatory
• Distinct quality mindset, exceptional service attitude and sense of urgency with strong customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Very strong analytical, coordination and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Good telecommunication background and interest in administrative work
• Strong sense of ownership to complete tasks accurately and on-time
