Job Description
Upwyde Development is hiring a "Junior HR Business Partner" Upwyde Developments prides itself as the game-changer of the Egyptian Real Estate market by providing a striking experience to real estate investors and buyers. Upwyde launched as a polished model with 40 years experience of with six major tycoons in the real estate industry to provide exclusively branded projects to highlight a completely different experience in commercial, administrative, and residential projects for investors and buyers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a deep understanding of organizational development strategies, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Personnel Management :- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Create and update all employment documents needed.
- Support HR activities related to employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and analyze attendance reports, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing attendance policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, and other perks.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claim resolution.
- Collaborate with external benefit providers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources or Business.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
