Job Description

Upwyde Development is hiring a "Junior HR Business Partner" Upwyde Developments prides itself as the game-changer of the Egyptian Real Estate market by providing a striking experience to real estate investors and buyers. Upwyde launched as a polished model with 40 years experience of with six major tycoons in the real estate industry to provide exclusively branded projects to highlight a completely different experience in commercial, administrative, and residential projects for investors and buyers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a deep understanding of organizational development strategies, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Personnel Management :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Create and update all employment documents needed.
  • Support HR activities related to employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Timekeeping and Attendance :
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and analyze attendance reports, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing attendance policies and procedures.
Employee Benefits Administration :
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, and other perks.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claim resolution.
  • Collaborate with external benefit providers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Compliance and Policy Adherence :
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or Business.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
