Job Description

- Greet and communicate with customers assisting them with their requirements in Veterinary Pharmacy and pet items - Explain directions of use of Veterinary and Pet products to customers - Merchandise products in store - Ensure store is tidy and presentable - Take payment from customers and disburse medication - Always ensure availability of stock - Make recommendations to management regarding new products or product range enhancement - Work with colleagues and management to ensure greatest customer experience - Handle customer service issues
