About the job
Our client is a luxury interior retailer and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE-experienced interiors fit out site inspector to join their Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-installation and post-installation site inspections on customer premises. Candidates must have experience of site inspection gained in luxury European brand furniture, kitchen and bathroom interiors.Requirement
- Monitor project progress against the scheduled project plan and action discrepancies.
- Monitor project compliance and progress in line with design specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installation and work change activities including project progress and team effectiveness.
- Issue snag lists and ensure the resolution of all outstanding issues prior to final sign off CQC.
- Provide recommendations for process and installation improvement operating procedures.
