What is Stream Head Digital Marketing – JazzCash? The Stream Head Digital Marketing is a key member within marketing & corporate communications function, responsible for running the digital show with the team.- responsible for acquisition and retention targets along with minimizing churn on digital front. This role requires a high level of category understanding with deep insights and requires a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including but not limited to mobile and app marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Performance Marketing, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting, Analytics, SEO and ASO. You will be responsible for everything from project planning to designating agencies, following up and monitoring project progress, and seamlessly connecting all stakeholders. You will make sure all briefs and deliverables flow in harmony with timelines. The Stream Head Digital Marketing is a crucial role within our marketing and corporate communications team, entrusted with overseeing and optimizing our digital presence. This position is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention while minimizing churn in the digital realm. To succeed in this role, you will need a comprehensive understanding of the industry and possess deep insights, as well as a diverse skill set spanning various areas, including but not limited to mobile and app marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Performance Marketing, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting, Analytics, SEO, and ASO. As the Stream Head Digital Marketing, you will take charge of all aspects of our digital projects, from initial planning to agency selection, and from ongoing monitoring to seamless coordination with all stakeholders. Your role will involve ensuring that all project briefs and deliverables align with established timelines and flow harmoniously throughout the process. - Develop multi-channel digital marketing and creative strategies to build a foundation for long-term growth by decreasing the cost to acquire new customers and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Identify and prioritize new audience and channel expansion, leaning on both paid and organic opportunities.
- Work with the Senior Management and key team members to refine our understanding of core customer segments, brand/product positioning, and messaging.
- Leverage your in-depth category knowledge and insights to develop effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Analyze key traffic and conversion trends on relevant business and customer analysis.
- Lead regular cross-functional business and agency reviews, capturing key action items and ensuring follow-up.
- Build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support growth.
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels.
- Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of CPA, ROI, and incrementality.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing.
- Manage the user experience of the website including content development and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Come up with new ideas and initiatives to raise brand awareness across our different platforms.
- Ensure all content and communication are within the brand guidelines.
- Explore ways to further promote our brand with different stakeholders/partners.
- Build & strengthen partnerships with digital and media agencies along with vendors (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) to place joint business propositions.
- Work closely with extended teams on various digital targeting strategies and tactics
- Analysis of Brand Health Tracker, current customer persona and competitor information
- Collaborate with product, B2B, B2G teams to ensure initiatives’ relevance
- At least 5 – 7 years experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization.
- Must be a seasoned professional in the digital market, with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience.
- Experience efficiently scaling digital (e.g. SEM, Display, Paid Social etc.).
- A strategic, analytical thinker who understands customer behavior.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights to a variety of audiences.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Track record of building strong marketing strategy, including customer profiling, content marketing and growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale.
- Must be a self-described data expert with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new strategies Ability to work in a complex operational environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Has attention to detail and extremely organized.
- Must demonstrate strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Ability to derive insights from numbers, strategize and take actions accordingly.
- Self-starter, proactive, ability to own a task from start to finish by him/herself.
- Humble, helpful, solution-oriented and a positive attitude, ability to be hands-on and step up when required.
- Must have the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Fintech and start up experience would be an added advantage.
- Good technical proficiency, great communication and peoples skills and a competent computer user.
