Finance Officer/Accounting Supervisor

A. Provide accounting services for different non-operating companies owned by the Group such as:

• Recording of all business transactions in the books of Accounts
• Filing of statutory compliance for various Bureau of Internal Revenue monthly, quarterly and Annual basis.
• Perform necessary bank reconciliation and other processes necessary to close the Books of Accounts on an Annual basis
• Preparation and submission on Annual Income Tax Return and Audited Financial Statement
• Review of Annual submission of General Information Sheet

B. Perform financial analysis of the different investments under the name of the Directors and provide report to the Investment Committee on an annual basis. C. Assist the Investments Committee in performing case studies for new investments. D. Perform internal audit tasks as may be assigned from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
