Hiring Advertising Campaign Co Ordinator Location -Bangalore Work Pattern - Hybrid Job Description The Ad Operations coordinator will be responsible for trafficking digital media channels. They will be responsible for testing and launching ad creatives on Campaign Manager 360 and monitoring delivery to perform necessary optimizations and reporting as needed. Working closely with a team of Account Managers and Digital Media Planners, the chosen candidate will ensure effective delivery of digital media plans and drive the day-to-day execution of digital ad delivery to meet client expectations for a broad spectrum of advertiser accounts. Key Accountabilities:

  • Campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches on Campaign Manager 360.
  • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure the proper set-up and deployment of campaigns
  • Traffic all advertising campaign components into ad serving technology. Troubleshoot trafficking issues as needed.
  • Liaise with the digital account team to ensure accurate reporting, optimization and fulfillment of campaign delivery
  • Create final campaign delivery reports for Media; reconcile with insertion orders and interact with Finance regarding invoicing issues and solutions
  • Maintain records of creative assets and internal documents that track proposals and campaign execution
  • Use best practices to pace budget and optimize for performance where necessary
  • Perform reconciliations between media plans and 3rd party ad delivery
Skills
  • 2-3 years experience in digital trafficking at a media agency.
  • Deep understanding of DoubleClick Campaign Manager (experience with other 3rd party ad servers a plus) is must. Prior experience on Sprinklr, CM360, SFDC, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter would be an added advantage.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points.
