Your Role and Responsibilities Coaching, mentoring, training staff, setting expectations and balancing priorities to achieve desired deliverables Analytical skills required to quickly understand complex domains and be able to break down and plan feature work Implementation & Execution of Agile software development practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and drive collaboration within teams and across IBM to achieve desired outcomes Required Technical and Professional Expertise Demonstrated programming experience Robust programming skills and design exposure in ReactJS with Typescript, NodeJS in addition to HTML/CSS, Sass/PostCSS, and standard JavaScript. Experience with Graphql and NextJS beneficial Experience building distributed and scalable SaaS offerings based on REST APIs, microservices, and containers. Experience in system design and supporting cloud services Experience in technically coaching and guiding junior developers covering system design, code reviews etc. Good communication skills and technical leadership qualities Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience leading Agile scrum, working with GitHub and other tracking tools.
