Our respected client is seeking a CEO - Packaging & Security Design Center. Job summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) reports to the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of the company and is responsible for the management of Packaging & Security Design Centre (PSDC). The incumbent is responsible to spearhead the formulation of strategies and provide leadership oversight on packaging and security design services that are consistent with the PSDC's business objectives in line with Group of Companies' vision and mission. The CEO shall lead the development and execution of both long-term and short-term strategies with the goal of increasing the shareholders' value, while also inculcating the company's mission, vision, strategic objectives, and corporate values within the organization. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide tactical leadership to play an effective role as a champion in packaging and security design for SME and industries
• Oversee the development and enhancement of innovative packaging solutions with integrated security features
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to stay ahead of security threats and design trends in packaging
• Spearhead the initiatives to drive sales growth by developing effective sales strategies
• Enhance the internal organizational processes, managing and overseeing all business operations, finances, people, and ventures. The person is expected to keep abreast of the market and industry trends while keeping up against the competition.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision makers, and other stakeholders to exchange information and views and to identify/open new business opportunities, whilst developing compelling business cases.
• Represent the company in industry associations and events to enhance its visibility and increase its reputation
• Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives. Partner with internal and external organizations to develop courses of action with corresponding recommendations.
• Drive the forefront of packaging and security technologies and trends, fostering innovation within the company while assessing the potential for adopting new technologies to enhance product offerings

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Art / Design or similar with professional certifications. Preferably with postgraduate qualifications
• Minimum 16 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience at the senior management level and having excellent track record
• Excellent presentation and leadership skill sets are required.
• Possess innovative mindset and ability to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.
