Job Description As we continue to grow OML technology platform, we are seeking an outstanding information security and technology leader who will lead, drive, and embed a solid Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability across OML IT. He/she will be responsible for delivering a service and control roadmap for all the IAM services, including the services strategy, design, best practice, transition, operations, and continuous improvement. With the purpose to execute our digital strategy in a responsible way, He/ She will support the organization in building cutting edge Identity solutions from the selection of fit-for-purpose tooling covering but not limited to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer Identity (cIAM) solutions. He / She will act as the voice of insight and advocacy to the CISO office for new opportunities, align internal and external stakeholders, and define and oversee the IAM strategy.
  • Management of the Group's IAM risk through a number of strategic, governance and technical projects.
  • Control and Service Ownership of IAM services and controls at Group level.
  • Management of Authentication, User Access Reviews, and Privileged Access.
  • Establish and maintain roadmap for IAM services, included but not limited to services strategy, design, transition, operations, continuous improvement and control lifecycle requirements
  • Establish relationships with key business stakeholders, project teams, operational teams and services providers
  • Partner with various stakeholders, will establish, mobilize, and champion the Identity and Access Management capabilities.
  • Solve complex identity challenges with cutting-edge Digital Solutions to reap the benefits of digitization in a responsible way .
  • Develop IGA, AM, PAM and cIAM capabilities by translating business requirements and functional designs into technical solutions
  • Implement and integrate (c)IAM solutions within a client environment
  • Integrate platforms and applications with (c)IAM solutions, including the configuring, development and deployment of connectors
  • Evaluate new technologies and build prototypes for continuous improvements of our technical IAM capabilities
  • Bring your expertise to the Project Team and assist with development of target-state Identity designs
  • Ensure maintenance and stability of all IAM platforms as well achieve desired Service levels
  • Oversee the functional unit and take accountability for the efficient operation of the unit.
  • Manages the relationship between service providers and Old Mutual, including contract negotiations, Service level agreements (SLAs) and service reviews.
  • Responsible for the financial management of IAM, including budget and expense monitoring.
  • Build a high-performance team environment through self-directed teams by driving performance management and measurement that is aligned with agile working practices (sprints, retros, PI planning, etc.)
  • Proactively attract, recruit, develop, retain, reward, and deploy a diverse resource base aligned to an ever-evolving IT environment (ahead of demand)
Requirements
  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
  • CISSP, CEH, CISM, ISO27001, AWS certification advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence others.
  • A team player who can collaborate and interface at all levels
  • A motivated self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to work professionally and constructively within a team environment providing advice and consultancy.
  • A confident communicator, resourceful and proactive, ensuring adequate quality and timely delivery.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
  • A background in Risk management, Security Operations, Threat Intelligence and Amazon web services within a financial services, technology or business services industry preferred.
  • Solid track record in the Control and Service Ownership of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer Identity (cIAM) solutions.
  • Experience in systems management processes

  • Strong leader and people management skills
