View here General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) The Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations plays a critical leadership role in overseeing internal operations. This includes the role of implementing strategies, managing inventory level efficiently, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and compliance etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership and Strategy:
• Provide strategic direction for the manufacturing and operations division to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of managers and professionals across PCB assembly, die casting, machining, and inventory management.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the SAP system for inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Develop and maintain efficient inventory management strategies to optimize supply chain, reduce lead times, and minimize holding costs.

• Establish and maintain quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and control manufacturing and operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain for materials and components.

• Continuously improve manufacturing and operational processes, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive efficiency initiatives.

• Plan for production capacity and resource allocation to meet customer demand while ensuring timely deliveries.

• Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the division.

• Generate reports on production performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is often preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in leadership or senior level roles in manufacturing, operations, and inventory management within an EMS or manufacturing company.
• Proven experience with the SAP system and other inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, stamping, die casting, machining, and other manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives.
