The Role As a Channel Engagement Head , you are responsible for ensuring transaction migration campaigns and programs will achieve their objectives. The CE Head will directly support the goal of business transformation goal to create, execute and monitor performance of campaigns and provide all resources required to meet the goals of migration initiatives. This role will coordinate the efforts to different channel leads and process owners, initiating training mechanism for branches, and running incentive programs to employees for communicating a project message. How you'll contribute

  • Create integrated migration campaigns and programs for retail and corporate clients and ultimately drive customers to cheaper channel.
  • Create migration communication plans that will ultimately shape branches as a selling platform and support business transformation goal for lean branch concept.
  • Organize promotional events, roadshows to promote specific channel where transactions will be migrated.
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measuring of migration campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaigns and program implementation aligns with branch policies and guidelines.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders and external vendors to utilize or maximize existing or new channels to perform migration campaigns.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field
  • Preferably with 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to inspire and lead a team in achieving goals.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data and analytics to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Certification and/or training in digital marketing would be an advantage.
