Job Description

The Head of Sales will:
  • Brand Ambassador: Lead by setting examples and ensures that own behavior and actions are in line with the company Spirit and brand values: excellence, commitment, friendliness, and sustainability
  • Sales and project team management and resource planning
  • Disciplinary leadership and coaching tasks (e.g. performance review, target agreements, etc.)
  • Full responsibilities of sales activities, sales process and forecasting
  • Set & implement the sales strategy; analyze market trends and account management
  • Lead the annual business planning; review, follow up and ensure implementation of agree actions
  • Support Sales Channel Partner(s) development in line with the client's strategy
  • Support business development by a structured and focused sales approach
  • Support projects and customer visits
  • Be responsible for continuous optimization of processes, tooling, and structures related to sales & projects
  • Leading changes at client's company & be a role model of change
  • Other reasonable tasks and activities to be assigned/ required

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Sales has:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial selling experiences
  • Business Administration experience is a plus
  • Seasoned leadership skill
  • Seasoned sales experience
  • Experiences on selling process instrumentation is a plus
  • Strong communication skill with customer orientation
  • Achiever mentality
  • Self-driven & self-motivated
  • Stand up for your conviction
  • Logical reasoning & holistic thinking
  • Intercultural understanding - ambassador of different mindsets
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in English, speaker of Filipino
