Finance
- To assist review and process any purchase request/purchase order/delivery note before submitting to the Finance Department for payment.
- Coordinate confirmed purchase request with PIC.
- Communicate or assist the Finance Department to ensure effective internal controls are in place with internal policy and procedures.
- To compile and check any staff claims and submit to the Finance Department for payment.
- To assist reviewing to ensure continuous systems and process improvement.
- Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. payroll including statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims and etc)
- To assist in recruitment activities (including termination & exit interview of employees), compensation & benefits, training & learning and other HR activities.
- Preparation of announcements / memos when requested.
- Perform any other ad-hoc activities as and when required by the company.
